    Description
    Validation Project Management Trainee
    We are recognized worldwide for our high-tech products. We are a dynamic, growing Quebec company that encourages creativity and innovation.

    As an active member of the Product Testing, Validation, and Verification team, you will work with the product development, validation, and marketing teams.

    As a Verification and Validation project management trainee, you will assist the V&V project managers and the Validation and Test team in validating our products for installation in tomorrow's electric vehicles.

    You will participate in the definition, execution, and implementation of test strategies for our electric propulsion systems for tomorrow's electric vehicles.

    Be responsible for preparing, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of product validation projects to meet customer schedules.

    # Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory validation and testing processes.
    # Participate in updating the laboratory's catalog of test standards.

    3rd year bachelor's degree in mechanical, software or electrical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
    ~ Demonstrated experience with MS Office tools
    ~ Asset:
    Experience in project management
    ~ Asset:
    Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
    ~ Asset:
    Experience in testing and validation
    ~ Asset:
    Knowledge of programming languages
    ~ Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
