Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), Critical Care Strategic Clinical NetworkTM (CCSCN), the incumbent is responsible for providing detailed and multi-faceted administrative (day-to-day) and secretarial support to the Executive Director, Network Manager and the Network team and is expected to ensure effective and efficient management of a broad range of responsibilities.

The incumbent will also be required to support the Senior Provincial Director (SPD) when the SPD's Executive Assistant is absent.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum high school completion. Diploma in business administration or equivalent. Minimum five (5) years Administrative Experience. Advanced calendar management skills. Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Working knowledge of AHS systems and processes. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with multiple interruptions.

Ability to maintain a professional attitude while exercising judgement, tact, diplomacy, and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues.

Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills to anticipate, identify, and independently recommend appropriate actions to complex administrative/academic/clinical issues. Ability to recommend and implement changes to procedures or practices performed. Ability to produce high quality of work in accordance with Departmental standards. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and respond to changing needs in a team environment with mínimal supervision.

Comfort and ability to interact with senior leaders, patients, and physicians.
