- Ability to synthesize, simplify and communicate complex information and theoretical concepts
- Effectively collaborates with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Works directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture content-specific knowledge
- Designs and develops engaging, interactive blended learning solutions ensuring learning and
- Ensures learning solutions align to company's brand, learner accessibility and principles of
- Leverages best in class common practices, processes and measures across the
- Provides deep subject matter expertise in learning and performance consulting, including
- Provides design and development thought leadership and/or industry knowledge and
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
- Protects the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard activities/concerns as necessary
- Maintains a culture of risk management and control
- 5+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer
- Working experience designing and developing learning solutions on an Agile Team
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop in iterations
- Educational background in Instructional Design / Adult Learning Certificate
- Advanced design skills in creating high quality, fully accessible learning deliverables in all
- Instructional Design and Development experience supporting the financial industry on complex,
- Advanced skills developing eLearning and simulations using the Articulate 360 suite of products
- Skills developing videos using a variety of products (Adobe suite, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.)
- Experience creating learning content supporting the nCino system
- Working experience writing and updating stories (work) JIRA
