Client Services Manager - Mississauga, Canada - Think Logistics Inc.
Description
Position Details:
- Communicate directly with clients to determine operational requirements and communicate these requirements internally to operations staff; ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Cultivation of client service with the foresight to be able to expand additional client program opportunities within Think Logistics.
- Responsible for new item setup, item maintenance, and inventory cycle counting.
- Manage the receipt and release of client orders, ensuring all client orders are shipped in a timely manner as per customer service level agreements.
- Address any client issues, concerns or opportunities in an expeditious manner.
- Responsible for collecting, reporting and analyzing customer performance data, and presenting customer KPI's and SLA performance.
- Contribute to companywide continuous improvement initiatives.
- This position is primarily a Monday/Friday position, but from time to time, this employee will be required to provide extended hours, off hours and weekend coverage if required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' logistics customer service experience, preferably from a third party logistics environment, and ideally in a client coordination role.
- Past experience in a customer facing role, preferably within a customer service or client support role.
- General understanding of full complement of supply chain and logistics functions, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, etc.
- Very strong working knowledge of ERP/WMS
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Access.
- Exceptional customer communication skills is a must.
- Extremely organized individual capable of multitasking and remaining calm in stressful circumstances.
- Strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to work in a team based environment and capable of working effectively with all levels within an organization.
- Proven ability to create, manage and maintain strong customer relationships
