Pacific Academy is looking for a temporary, part-time (0.50 FTE) Payroll Administrator.The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll and reports to the Director of Finance.
This position will start in April 2023 and end in June 2024.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversight and preparation/administration of payroll on a semi-monthly basis
- Payroll reporting
- Administration of benefits and pension
- Preparation of internal and external reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Actively and personally support the Pacific Academy Statement of Faith
- Have relevant payroll work experience. Experience with Payworks or similar online payroll program is an asset
- Have PCP certification or willingness to seek certification
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have experience in Excel, MS Word, and Adobe products
- Be detail orientated, professional and discreet
- Be a creative thinker
- Have strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with a desire to serve
