Supply Chain Coordinator - Cambridge, Canada - ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc.

MAJOR DUTIES:
Our Supply Chain team requires administrative support in all areas of procurement.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Supply Chain NCR process
- Manage the Supply Chain Deviation Waiver Process
- Maintain MITP's, upload MITP's, and input into MITP Tracking sheet
- Coordinate required documentation for contractors with HR. (NDA's, TRESA's, etc.)
- Expedite Purchase Orders for Service & Procurement
- Filing & record retention of department documentation.
- Assist with reconciling invoicing issues as required.
- Maintain Approved/Active Suppliers filing cabinet.
- Arrange travel for employees (hotel, car rental, flight, etc.)
- Process documentation for both Nuclear/ Non Nuclear new vendors and request approval
- Create document transmittals, shipping request forms and upload transmittals to share point for Nuclear
- Upload all signed document transmittals to share point
- Deliver OM PO's and drawings to Tool Room and Fab Shop. Manage processing of OM to completion.
- Prepare weekly reports for department and matrix displays
- Adhere to all ISO Procedures and departmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
- Strictly follow CSA N285/NQA Quality requirements as defined within the manual and procedures
- Evaluate project performance of Team Leads and other key resources across the functions.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct and evaluate the work of Team Leads and oversee the development and evolution of staff competence aimed at increasing functional excellence.
- Assist in the preparation of specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
- Assist in quoting and COR activity, utilizing supplier information, cost standards and technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering and design.
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
Additional Information:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
A grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Postsecondary education in Business or Administration Support, a definite asset.
Experience:
- The incumbent will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administration capacity.
- They should be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.
- Previous experience and/or exposure to general accounting and booking travel is required.
- Previous experience using a ERP is a definite asset.
- Previous experience working in a Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Logistics environment is an asset.
