We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator/Administrator for our multi residential division.


Responsibilities:


  • Scope and complete necessary site inspections
  • Prepare and submit estimates
  • Prepare and submit change order
  • Prepare necessary material lists
  • Assist with preparation of material if required
  • Assist with sourcing of material
  • Scheduling of all upcoming scopes
  • Issuing purchase orders to subcontractors
  • Assist with recruitment as needed
  • Ensuring all materials are ordered
  • Update and maintain reports
  • Communicate with site and prepare proper tenant notices
  • Create and maintain all company files

Qualifications

  • 12 Years as a Project Coordinator/Management multi residential


  • PMP Certificate

  • would be an asset:
  • Experience in Apartment renovation

  • would be an asset:
  • Project Scheduling
    would be an asset:
  • Excellent relationship building
  • Strong Analysis & Critical thinker
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Sense of Urgency


  • Excellent computer skills

  • MS office, Google etc.
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as a team

Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
