A Felix, we are on a path to supporting millions of Canadians with their everyday health.


To get there, we need a marketing leader who can help us build an iconic Canadian brand and cult-like following.

We are looking for someone with strong business acumen who has experience leading multi marketing disciplines but over indexes on brand building, integrated marketing and unlocking new growth channels (both online and offline).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work end-to-end on marketing across the patient journey.

You will lead everything from the defining the go to market strategy of new categories, to optimizing performance marketing campaigns right through to educating and nurturing Felix patients throughout their care journey.


We are looking for someone with a proven track record of transforming a digital DTC brand to a household name through ownership of a multi million dollar marketing budget.

Success in this role requires the ability to be both strategic and hands on, with a strong bias to action.

We are seeking a thoughtful people leader and culture builder who is ready to scale a high performing team of rock stars across brand, user acquisition, lifecycle and creative.

Requirements:


  • Successful fullstack D2C marketing leader who has led and scaled marketing orgs from tens of millions in revenue and beyond.
  • Strong brand strategy & marketing foundation: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy. Responsible for 60% of focus on brand building / integrated marketing and 40% performance marketing / growth.
  • Patient first: Someone who is naturally curious and cares deeply about the patient and their journey
  • Operational leader: Capable of architecting the marketing organization, identifying critical roles, and building a high performing team, a beloved mentor and manager.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of profit and loss (P&L), forecasting and general management. Must not only be a creative marketer but also a strategic thinker with brandcentric approaches.
  • Entrepreneurial marketer: A crystal clear vision, extreme bias for action, and knack for growth and excitement about category creation
