As a Caretaking Supervisor you will oversee all aspects of cleaning performance for assigned buildings, ensuring facilities are maintained to standards.

    Major Responsibilities
  • Ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with Edon Management's standards and facility's contract requirements
  • Review cleaning inspections and work with the operations team to determine actions to resolve deficiencies
  • Provide leadership and training to cleaners in the proper care and cleaning of facilities
  • Perform handson cleaning duties as per assigned cleaning schedule
  • Provide backup support in cases of unscheduled cleaner absences
  • Liaise with clients and address custodial requests and issues
  • Ensure caretaking Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) requirements are being met

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of cleaning experience in a working supervisory role
  • Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
  • Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of custodial practices
  • Excellent knowledge of janitorial equipment, supplies, and technologies
  • Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
  • Owns a vehicle to drive between sites
