    Job Description

    The North East area is seeking a family physician to provide primary care and acute care services in the Parkland Integrated Health Centre and the Shellbrook Primary Health Care Centre located in the Town of Shellbrook.

    The scope of practice includes regular clinic hours, as well as being part of team of 7 physicians in a weekday, weekend and Statutory holiday on-call rotation to provide 24/7 acute and emergency services.

    Nestled in the heart of Saskatchewan's parkland, Shellbrook is a dynamic and growing community with more than 1,400 inhabitants and its home to an integrated health care facility opened in 2013.

    The Parkland Integrated Health Centre houses a 24 hour emergency room, a long-term care facility and a range of community-based and allied health care services which includes Home Care, Public Health, Dietician services as well as Therapies.
