This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, Ontario office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.


Role Summary:

  • Responsible for recruiting and onboarding new resellers into the Vendor program.
  • Work with resellers to drive revenue growth and expand product mix and customer share.
  • Educate and promote vendor programs, provide sales support, and assist in closing opportunities.
  • Represent or accompany the vendor at customer functions, road shows and trainings.
  • Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Work as a liaison between vendors and organization.
  • Provides specialized consultative services and implements, drives and maintains vendor programs, marketing, and training.
  • Review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts and communicate with vendors regarding daytoday matters.

What you bring to the role:

  • A college degree or diploma or equivalent.
  • 35 years of account management, relationship building, or customer service experience.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, MAC OS, iPad OS, and MS Dynamics would be ideal.
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Must be detailoriented, organized, and articulate.
  • Established and productive professional individual contributor.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
