As a CRM transformation product leader, your role is to design, implement and manage a line of high-performing products that meet the needs of members and clients.
You are responsible for developing, pricing, improving, implementing and promoting the products offered, based on the needs of members, clients and the distribution networks, and in line with market trends and Desjardins Group's target position.
You lead and influence specialists and different stakeholders with respect to development projects and complex strategic initiatives of a cross-sector and highly innovative nature, in relation to the product line.
You make recommendations on the development and execution of strategic initiatives with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity.
This requires analytical skills and comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the line of business and the organization.
You interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in other fields and advise decision-making bodies about improvements to the product line.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience

Specific knowledge- Advanced knowledge of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
