Position Overview:

Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team as an Outside Solar Sales Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving solar energy adoption while honing your sales skills.

This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for renewable energy and a knack for building relationships.

As an Outside Solar Sales Representative, you'll engage in face-to-face sales interactions, connecting with potential customers and fostering a cleaner, greener future.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct facetoface meetings with potential customers at their homes, businesses, and community events to introduce them to the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Customize sales pitches to effectively communicate the financial, environmental, and longterm advantages of switching to solar power.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and indepth product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on solar industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary sales documentation to facilitate seamless installations.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales expertise and grasp of solar technology.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education or ongoing enrollment is a plus.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for renewable energy and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with diverse individuals and personalities.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and resilient, with an unyielding commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team in a fastpaced, dynamic setting.
  • Comfortable with facetoface sales interactions and capable of building rapport with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with solar energy concepts and benefits is a plus, but not a mandatory prerequisite.

$36,089.85-$111,155.97 per year
