To be successful as a New Resident Billing Specialist, you will:

Have Knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable
Possess intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently in order to meet prescribed deadlines
Ability to ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their own work
Skill in customer service, such as, providing helpful and courteous support, uncovering customer needs and working in ways to provide solutions
Ability to work in a team environment by soliciting and sharing information, collaborating with others on joint work/projects, takes accountability for their work and supports group decisions
Proven oral and written communication skills by listening to others and sharing information
Proven alignment with our vision and organizational values of caring, passion, handson, innovation, positive cando attitude, and hard work
