An Inside Sales Executive oversees attaining a company's revenue growth and customer acquisition goals. Your primary function is communication with customers, both existing and prospecting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Defining the needs of clients and supplying them with solutions that meet those needs
  • Directing qualified business leads to the right sales executives for further development and closure of deals
  • Selling a company's products or services
  • Building relationships with pool of realtors, high profile and highvolume investors, Property Management Personnel, Concierge services and more
  • Activity and volume of calls and prospecting provides proven results and are in line with predefined quotas that need to be achieved
  • Maintaining a CRM and database of potential customers within an assigned sales territory and expanding it
  • Implementing effective presentations to potential customers

Requirements and Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Optimistic attitude
  • Must feel comfortable making lots of calls
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- need to be very organized since they will handle several accounts simultaneously

  • Good understanding of Sales Cycle
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
- ** Real Estate License is not required

  • 2 years of experience working in a hotel, hospitality, customer service or sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Results oriented and can work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Proven track record of ability to produce high volume of calls and converting leads
