What the day will look like
As an Investment Analyst, your day will be divided between individual client performance reporting and portfolio analytics, and Consultant led special projects on a broad array of investment topics.
Your initial time at Aon will be working in office with the Investment Analyst Team developing experience, knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare performance monitoring reports for institutional clients
- Prepare presentations on investment topics (e.g. investment manager selection, investment manager structure, asset classes)
- Conduct searches for investment managers
- Review and amend governance documents (e.g. statement of investment policies and procedures)
- Support experienced client teams in all aspects of work servicing clients
- Participate in internal research and seminars regarding investment ideas and current industry issues
Required Experience:
- General knowledge of the institutional investment industry, understanding of investment concepts and the financial markets
- Highly motivated, selfstarter and teamoriented individual
- Highly organized individual, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and form relationships
- Ability to multitask, work under timelines and adapt to changing business needs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. array and lookup formulas)
- Thorough knowledge of MS
Office Suite:
Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Positive demeanor and a desire to participate to the success of Aon
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Finance or Economics
- Commitment to professional development. Working towards completion of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program is recommended.
