We are looking for servers with a minimum of 2 years professional serving experience and valid pro-serve certificate and to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take food and beverage orders from guests, displaying friendly, knowledgeable service.
Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards, in a professional, courteous manner.
Clean designated areas, in accordance with Health and Safety protocols and hygiene requirements.
Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed.
Process payments per established processes.
At all times to be aware of and practice exceptional customer relations, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Contribute to a fun, team focused environment providing top customer service to club members.
