We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Infrastructure Investment Operations teamAs a key member of our Investment Finance team, the Senior Associate, Infrastructure, Investment Finance, will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Manager, Infrastructure, Investment Finance, as it pertains to the ongoing operations and administration of the Infrastructure portfolio.
Consult with team and lead the implementation of improvements to existing reporting and accounting functions.Lead elements of private market solution implementation, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, data migration and testing/validation.
Providing input and supporting testing of private market system implementation/upgrades.
Performance, Data, Front Office, etc.,) to ensure quality reporting is produced on a timely basis.
Leads research and analysis of investment accounting treatments and applies accounting knowledge to potential changes.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
CPA, CFA, and/or CBV designation (or working towards the designation) an asset.
~Experience in the asset management industry is preferred.
~ Knowledge of Private Market Investments and Private Market Valuations (Infrastructure, Private Equity and Real Estate) is preferred.
~ Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and the capability to handle multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
~ Experience with system implementation an asset.
