We are looking for a Head of Design and Digital Product, Commerce and Communications Technology. Reporting to the VP of Commerce, the chosen candidate will contribute to building, inspiring, and leading the teams responsible for Scotiabank's digital communication capabilities, storefronts, personalization, and marketing technology ecosystem. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Channel Enablement to drive business results and provide strategic guidance. The focus is on leading the discovery, development, and execution of technology roadmaps that deliver outstanding client experiences. Additionally, the role entails supporting the development and refinement of technology and orchestration to enable engaging digital journeys across channels. The ideal candidate is familiar with large enterprise technology, agile development, and excels in managing business cases, RFPs, and stakeholder relationships.
This role plays a critical part in enhancing communication, commerce platforms, and personalization capabilities by prioritizing impactful features, driving effective digital product development from concept to launch to optimization.
