Notre centre de conférences et d'événements comprend des espaces modernes, flexibles et modulables,àla pointe de la technologie pour desévènements sur mesure.Organisez une conférence internationale, célébrez unévènement dans la ballroom de 742m2, avec une hauteur de 7m sous plafond, organisez un cocktail dînatoire sur la terrasse végétalisée de 800m2, préparez une réunion au sommet dans le salon exécutif avec sa salleàmanger et sa terrasse privée, ou un workshop dans l'une des 19 chambres modulables en boardroom, en dégustant un menuàla carteélaborépar notre Chef.

Vous travaillerez au sein de notre Centre de Conférences et nos espaces évènementiels au service du petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou diner et vous serez en charge de l'expérience client, de son arrivée à son départ.

VOS RESPONSABILITES :

Participer à la mise en place des espaces banquets
Assurer le dressage et le débarrassage des tables
Orienter le client et le conseiller dans ses choix
Anticiper les besoins du client et veiller à développer un service de qualité et s'assurer de la satisfaction client à tout moment

Qualifications

VOTRE SAVOIR-ETRE & SAVOIR-FAIRE

Expérience en service de restauration et / ou évènementiel souhaitée
Motivation, engagement et énergie
Ponctualité
Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
Bonne présentation et élocution (contact permanent avec la clientèle)
Aisance relationnelle et aptitudes de communication à l'oral
Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
Sens de l'initiative et de l'organisation
