We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.


Summary:

The retail Incentives and Ticketing team supports the entire retail channel with incentives, ticketing and experiential events to drive mobility, residential and consumer electronics performance:

  • Drive focus and cohesiveness with sales priorities
  • Provide consistent leadership connections
  • Create synergies to standards, goals, and overall support

The Role:

The Incentives and Ticketing Coordinator reports to an Incentives Specialist.

They will play a key role in developing incentive programs and strategies to ensure retail teams are well supported to achieve sales performance targets and goals, while enhancing retail team connections.

Must be a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for executing initiatives to drive specific results.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the creation of new incentives including tracking, communication, execution and fulfillment of prizing
  • Create communications relating to incentive programs to ensure a high level of comprehension and overall effectiveness
  • Manage the distribution and fulfillment of all ticketed events
  • Support tactics for experiential incentives (ie. Top Performers)
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities to drive performance
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders within sales channels, marketing and finance/accounting groups

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent initiatives

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • French verbal and written fluency is an asset

Education an Experience:

years of experience in communications, sales or equivalent

  • Experience working in retail is a benefit
  • Experience with MicroStrategy

Working Conditions:


  • Overtime may be required for key drive to ensure deliverables are on time
  • Ability to travel to support experiential incentives
