Job Title
Manager, Sales Practice Effectiveness


What will you do?

  • Review and analyze sales, quality and risk related reporting for trends and issues at a channel, team and advisor level.
  • Proactively recommend solutions, collaborate and coach sales leaders to impact quality risk results.
  • Conduct structured and focused reviews of sales forces as part of Sales Force Oversight and monitoring, to identify best practices, training opportunities, inappropriate sales practices and compliance with regulations and sales standards.
  • Identify and lead gap resolution discussions for broader action plans for sales practices, regulatory and risk, requirements.
  • Assist in the facilitation of the sales practice onboarding and postonboarding sessions to newly hired life and health advisors.
  • Ongoing communication with S&D business partners to enhance salesforce capabilities as they relate to risk, quality, market conduct and compliance.

What will you need to succeed?

  • An active LLQP license is required.
  • 3 to 5 years Life Insurance sales knowledge and experience is a must.
  • Strong impact and influence capabilities, sense of urgency, concern for order and quality.
  • Analytical and problem solving capabilities: ability to identify trends, detect issues, initiate action plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to interact confidently with leaders, strong collaboration skills, results driven, and passionate about enabling others.
  • Proficiency in navigating RBCI Life and systems including SFDC is an asset.
  • Coaching experience or management experience preferred.
  • Bilingual is preferred

Job Summary
What is the opportunity?


As the Manager of Sales Practice Effectiveness, you will provide risk and quality support for Sales & Distribution across all lines of business, to ensure salesforces are following sales regulations and providing an exceptional client experience while maximizing results.

You will monitor sales activities to ensure compliance with advice based sales practices and new and existing regulatory requirements.

You will identify best practices, opportunities for improvement, coach sales leaders, impact and influence risk quality results, implement required action plans and new initiatives, to ensure advisors have the tools and information they need to assist our clients and meet risk requirements.
