- Gathering internal and external feedback to identify potential new products or improvements to existing products.
- Generating processes and plans to measure product quality and evaluating results to identify deficiencies. Adjusting to user and business needs and requirements as needed.
- Discussing and determining product backlogs for each sprint, and reviewing the outputs of all sprints, to make sure they are in alignment with the product requirements.
- Defining and conveying the vision of what is to be built for the development team, to address user requirements and ensure successful product for business objectives.
- Following principles to write, discuss and add user stories to product backlogs, prioritizing product backlogs by business values during the sprint planning meeting.
- Develop and execute overarching change management and user adoption strategy.
- Co-lead E2E roadmap planning and prioritization sessions
- Develop product architecture and overall product vision based on business objective, user needs and existing technology stack.
- Minimum four (4) years' experience in full-cycle product management roles.
- Experience formulating product features, creating, and maintaining product roadmaps.
- Experience designing and managing multi-tenant digital products.
- Experience leading the creation of a future vision of current business processes and activities that are based on leveraging seamless integration of technology and data.
- Experience leading the planning, organizing and facilitation of executive-level strategic or technology planning workshops and presentations.
- Practical Change Management experience.
- Experience with Lean Six/ Process Improvement Methodologies
- Experience with Agile ways of working
- Experience across RBC GAM and RBC GAM's distribution partners – technology & data ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal skills especially in areas of teamwork, facilitation, influence, and negotiation
