All are franchised and our company is primarily responsible for quality control, marketing, menu management and growth of the Press'd brand into new territories.

About the Role
At Press'd, we believe that people are everything.

As the Marketing Specialist, you will perform full cycle marketing and communications through digital and store front advertisements, ensuring brand representation, managing all details brand presence and scope for the year.


Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Establish marketing strategies along with tracking and metrics to indicate success.
  • Manage social media content, posts, communication and interaction on our platforms.
  • Website maintenance and updates.
  • Take a leadership role when it comes to identifying opportunities for marketing improvements, suggesting, and implementing ideas based on your skills and experience.
  • Take a leadership role with respect to rolling out our new digital loyalty program, growing it's usership, and ensuring a quality customer experience on the platform.
  • Manage store Google accounts to ensure accurate information, responding to reviews, and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Take a leadership role in developing public relations opportunities related to marketing campaigns and key company announcements.

Requirements:


  • Completion of a degree or marketing program
  • Minimum 35 years experience in the marketing industry.
  • Willingness to work inoffice full time 8430pm Monday to Friday.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your strengths in each of the core areas of the role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Comfort with tools such as Canva, Adobe and any others you recommend.
  • Creative, artistic, detailoriented and able to create and design marketing materials.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a desire to collaborate for success.
  • Excited to grow and learn with a fastgrowing restaurant franchise group.

$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
