Role Overview:
- Manage and administer the firm's financial systems, including but not limited to 3E, Cosine, and Chrome River.
- Configure and customize financial systems to meet the firm's business and reporting requirements.
- Provide technical support and assistance to endusers, troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure the stability and reliability of financial systems.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline processes and optimize system functionality.
- Assist in version upgrade UAT. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in finance systems and technology.
- Assist with system integrations, upgrades, and migrations as needed.
- Train users on system functionality and best practices to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Occasional travel to other offices may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Finance Systems Administrator or in a similar role preferably within the legal industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Up to $70,000.00 per year
