We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day to day operation of the Mississauga Distribution Center. This role with focus on the continuous improvement in executing activities of the distribution Centre.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high level of morale and dedication within the Mississauga Distribution Centre
  • Support the Mississauga Order Desk
  • Support the Mississauga Shipping Office

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Mississauga Distribution Centre
  • Reception and workload planning and execution
  • Ensure we follow FEFO/FIFO on finish goods
  • Support objectives of the Health & Safety Committee
  • Ensuring Health and Safety of all Employees at the Mississauga DC
  • Coaching and Developing of Hourly Employees
  • Follow Preventative Maintenance Program
  • Ensuring all Hourly Staff Certifications are up to date
  • Standard SOP's accuracy
  • Maintaining Payroll in Kronos for Hourly Staff

Inventory Control & Accuracy:

  • Execute daily Cycle counting program
  • Responsible for accurate inventory controls for our branch along with third party wine overflow and RJ's Warehouse
  • Identify opportunities to increase control and accuracy
  • Conduct Inventory Counts and reconciliations
  • Assume responsibility for inventory accuracy at third party facilities
  • Investigate pick ticket issues along with inventory issues
  • Ensuring inventory compliance
  • Inventory daily Integrity Maintenance

What you bring:

  • 12 years comparable experience
  • 12 years of supervisory experience
  • Forklift certificate
  • Group leader
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Able to work under tight deadline
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
