    Overview

    Join a diverse team at KPMG where problem-solving is key to turning insight into opportunities for global clients and communities. The Accounting Advisory Services team in Toronto is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager or experienced Manager to support Financial Services.

    • Passionate individuals with expertise in financial services industry technical accounting, financial reporting, and project management are welcome.
    • Seeking candidates with experience in financial instruments, consolidations, securitization, etc., under IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE.
    • Opportunity for personal growth and skill development in financial services, new business development, and management.

    What you will do

    • Lead accounting advisory engagements under IFRS and US GAAP/ASPE, managing client deliverables and expectations.
    • Stay updated on financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements while assisting clients with financial reporting activities.
    • Develop tailored solutions for clients' financial reporting needs and collaborate with other KPMG advisory teams.

    What you bring to the role

    • Relevant post-secondary degree and/or CPA, CA qualification.
    • Strong analytical skills and a desire to enhance technical abilities.
    • Experience in financial services industries and excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management, Excel, and system implementations.
