    Description:

    Notre client recherche Analyste pour renforcer son équipe. La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans l'équipe en collaborant étroitement avec les parties prenantes métier et techniques. Votre mission sera d'analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et de traduire ces exigences en spécifications fonctionnelles claires et détaillées. Vous serez responsable de garantir que nos solutions informatiques répondent efficacement aux attentes métier.

    Responsabilités :

  • Analyse des besoins : Participer à la définition des fonctions, services ou éléments techniques requis : évaluer les besoins des utilisateurs en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec la maîtrise d'ouvrage et les équipes techniques.
  • Proposition de solutions : Concevoir des solutions adaptées aux besoins identifiés, en tenant compte des contraintes techniques et budgétaires.
  • Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles : Créer des documents détaillés qui serviront de guide pour le développement des fonctionnalités.
  • Suivi fonctionnel et assistance utilisateur : Assurer le suivi des applications en production, résoudre les problèmes fonctionnels et fournir une assistance aux utilisateurs.
  • Tests et validation : Tests et validation :Participer aux tests fonctionnels pour vérifier que les solutions répondent aux spécifications et valider les livrables avant leur déploiement.

    • Profil recherché :


    •Baccalauréat en technologies de l'information ou équivalent


    •Maîtrise des techniques et méthodologies liées à l'analyse fonctionnelle


    •Très bonne connaissance de la langue française et anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit


    •Connaissance de l'industrie de l'assurance et des services financiers (atout)

    Job Description:

    As a functional analyst, you will play a key role in the team by closely collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Your mission will be to analyze user needs and translate these requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring that IT solutions effectively meet business expectations.

    Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis: Participate in defining functions, services, or technical elements: evaluate user needs by working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Collaborate with project management and technical teams to identify essential requirements.
  • Solution Proposals: Design solutions tailored to identified needs, considering technical and budget constraints.
  • Functional Specifications Writing: Create detailed documents that will serve as a guide for feature development.
  • Functional Monitoring and User Support: Monitor production applications, resolve functional issues, and provide user assistance.
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in functional testing to verify that solutions meet specifications and validate deliverables before deployment.

    • Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in functional analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written French and English.

    • Technologies:

    SQL, .NET, Azure DevOps, DevOps, Agile, Scrum
