- Audit and update property websites to ensure all content—photos, amenities, pricing, floor plans, and descriptions is accurate, current, and optimized for prospective renters.
- Optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms by reviewing performance metrics, recommending adjustments, and supporting ongoing improvements to lead generation.
- Review and validate call‑tracking data to ensure accuracy, improve data integrity, and strengthen lead‑to‑lease performance.
- Identify outdated or inconsistent information across online listings and coordinate updates to maintain competitive visibility.
- Assist with content accuracy checks, quality control, and digital channel performance reviews.
- Support additional marketing tasks as needed during peak leasing months.
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related post‑secondary program.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data‑centric tasks.
- Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing Intern for the summer term to support the Marketing department in reducing vacancies across our portfolio during the critical leasing season. This role is ideal for a marketing student who is technologically savvy, analytical, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing and property marketing operations.
