MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritize files based on urgency; follow up and make necessary reminders.
  • Provide support to management for any requests.
  • Manage monthly expense accounts.
  • Prepare, type, revise, and proofread correspondence, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and other related documents.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports.
  • Assist in resolving administrative issues.
  • Photocopy and print documents on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Manage internal and external mail.
  • Take initiative and demonstrate daily proactivity in decisionmaking and task completion within your area of expertise.
  • Perform any other related tasks to assist various departments.
Time will fly by so quickly that you won't even notice the hours passing.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Hold a college diploma in administration or have relevant experience in the field.
  • Have excellent spelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Be autonomous, structured, and dynamic.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
