What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

  • The functions of this job include dispatching, scheduling and monitoring work and record information to operations and locate personnel and Alliance partners.
  • Effective response to and logging of Service, Construction and Maintenance (C&M) emergency situations and managing various record systems.
  • Utilizing the various systems to correct and co-ordinate the completion of work orders.
  • Issue and release maintenance, construction, meter, and regulatory work to the field technicians.
  • Complete maintenance work requests in Maximo by scanning and attaching the job cards to the Maximo work requests.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • Minimum secondary school completion.
  • Ability to read and understand operation records, atlas plates, field notes, service tickets, miscellaneous tickets, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated good work ethic while under pressure with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of a dispatch environment, Operations practices, policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Maximo and GIS.

The following would be an asset:

  • A university or college education.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
