Description
The Continuing Education department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR for the course LABOUR RELATIONS LA).


This course will focus on labour relations legislation such as the Act Respecting Labour Standards, Quebec Labour Code, Employment Insurance Act, Civil Code of Québec and certain laws and regulations governing the construction industry.


Required Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.

A law degree and/or experience as a lawyer in Quebec in a relevant area of practice is considered an asset.

This course is taught in French; excellent communication skills in French are required.
Experience teaching an adult clientele in a similar program is an asset.


Comments:

This course will be delivered in a face-to-face format (synchronous); classes will be taught onsite from the College.
