- Provide veterinary expertise to offer the best care for our patients
- Oversee medical cases for veterinary doctors ensuring positive outcomes and accurate estimates
- Review and enhance protocols when required according to regulatory requirements
- Create a culture of "teamwork" and "exceptional client service"
- In partnership with hospital manager and leadership, review financial performance and general operations for areas that require improvement, and also to celebrate goals achieved monthly, quarterly and annually
- Participate in recruiting qualified Veterinarians; externships, referrals, attending career fairs and hiring summer DVM students
- Experience leading a team of veterinary professionals when addressing changes and/or improvements to medical protocols
- Dedicated to promoting team-based medicine practices

Qualifications
Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 to $150,000. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs. The annual salary range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
