Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated
Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support marketing initiatives for our branches across Canada and the US.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various marketing projects and activities, contributing to the growth and outreach of our brand.


Role and Responsibilities:


As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in supporting the diverse branches of our company through a wide range of marketing tasks.

You will play a key role in coordinating marketing projects and activities, including but not limited to:


  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Coordinating marketing projects and performing related administrative duties.
  • Planning resources, establishing contacts, and coordinating schedules and assignments to ensure the production of highquality events.
  • Developing and producing marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, handouts, monthly flyers, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Managing stock and replenishment of marketing resources.
  • Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data for stakeholder review.
  • Creating purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and managing related costs and expenses.
  • Supporting and managing web content.
  • Undertaking special assignments and projects related to the job scope as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 15 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Specialist
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Organized and selfdriven, with an ability to multitask and follow through effectively.
  • Demonstrates excellent critical thinking, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Creative and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite is a must.
  • A team player with a dedicated work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for the business and product line.
Preferred Skills

  • Web design experience.
  • Experience in project management or coordination.
  • Digital/online and social media marketing skills.
Working Conditions

  • Office/desk setting.
  • Occasional travel to trade shows and marketing events as required.
  • Use of phone and Windowsbased computer with various software programs.

Pay:
$65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
