Duties and Responsibilities:

Review & Ensure deals are OMVIC compliance

Post deals

Used, Retail, Wholesale, and lease buyouts. Cross train on new retail deals.
Ensure correct payments are received when posting deals.
Oversee schedules, reconcile & analyze discrepancies with managers.
Post CIT's and review schedule for any outstanding funding's.
Post manufacturer invoices (parts, incentives, warranty invoices)
Issue warranty/insurance cheques
Cross train of all relative accounting duties within the department and assist in other accounting duties as required.

Qualifications:

Experience with One Eighty/CDK
Previous accounting experience required.
Dealership experience is required.
Knowledge of excel.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
