Pathway Community Services is looking for people to work on an On-Call basis.

There would be a daily stipend for being on-call and if a shift is worked that day you are paid the stipend and the wages for the shift worked.

The on-call pattern(s) would be Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

To collaboratively assist with the daytoday operations of the residence in order to maintain a high standard of living within our communities.
To dependably implement every individual's plan of care exactly as written
To provide a safe, structured, educational and developmentally appropriate home environment that promotes a sense of wellbeing, selfconfidence, belonging and independence for the individual.
To collaborate with the individuals and their larger network to proactively promote opportunities for inclusion in all environments.
To efficiently meet all documentation requirements within established timelines
To commit to all scheduled shifts

Requirements:

13 years previous work in a similar environment
Certificate and/or degree in the Social Services or related field (asset)
Class 5 driver's license (preferred) Minimum of Class 4 required for some positions.
NVCI or MANDT (preferred)
Commitment and adherence to all points in Job Description
