    Benefits Coordinator Opportunity

    An educational institution in Ottawa is seeking a skilled Benefits Coordinator to join their Human Resources & Talent Management department. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing employee benefits by working closely with benefits vendors and third-party administrators.

    1. Coordinate the implementation of group insurance plans for employees including health, dental and vision coverage;
    2. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand organizational needs regarding employee benefit administration;

    A high school diploma and at least two years of experience in benefits administration are required. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Office Suite applications are also essential for successful candidates.
