Job summary
We're hiring a high-ownership operator to join us as a Fractional COO + Customer Support Manager.This is not a manager only role. You will run our customer support operation and take on COO responsibilities to help us scale.
Right now, most of our business activities run through support, so as COO you will naturally own support as the core operational engine.
We're growing extremely fast (we're scaling weekly), and we need someone who can bring structure, leadership, and execution — 7 days per week.
