ABOUT THE ROLE

The Transportation Coordinator (Air and Sea) is responsible for overseeing the coordination, planning, and execution of air and sea freight operations.

This role involves managing logistics processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations, liaising with stakeholders, and optimizing transportation strategies to meet business objectives.

MUST HAVES
years of experience in air and sea transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.

Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and transportation industry best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships is preferred.
A positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively.
