Job summary
We are hiring a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations for offshore teams supporting U.S. personal injury law firms.This role owns execution, workflows, accountability and pod-based team structures across intake pre-litigation and litigation support.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that offshore legal teams execute consistently follow defined workflows and meet operational expectations across multiple U.S.
This is a full-time execution role for someone who understands how PI law firms actually operate and can create enforce structure accountability and follow-through.
