Job Title:
Database Administrator - SQL Server

Location:
Longueuil, QC-Hybrid (3 days / week in telework and 2 days in the office)


Job Type:
Permanent full-time position

  • As an expert with SQL Server and passionate about data management surrounding the analysis, the development of strategies, the resolution of problems and the implementation of efficient solutions, your role will be to increase the value of data for the organization.

Required Skills:


  • Strong DBA SQL that has data modeling exp
  • Must be FLUENT in FRENCH as the work environment is 100% pure French

To excel in this role you must:

  • Possess a BAC in computer science or equivalent experience related to the nature of the position;
  • Have at least 5 years of experience with SQL Server as a database administrator or similar positions;
  • Have very good knowledge of Transact SQL, schemas, tables, views and stored procedures;
  • Have good knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, SSAS;
  • Possess good knowledge of data transfer, infrastructure and data security;
  • Have good knowledge of architecture and data modeling tools
  • Be able to establish, document and communicate standards, policies, guidelines and governance structures;
  • Knowledge of DB2 databases on AS400 (an asset);
  • Knowledge of PHP and RPG languages (an asset).

Salary:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • SQL DBA: 6 years (preferred)
  • SSIS, SSRS,

SSAS:
5 years (preferred)

  • Data modeling: 4 years (preferred)
  • Transact SQL, schemas, tables, views and stored procedures: 4 years (preferred)

Language:


  • French (preferred)
