    Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization? Are you adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment? We're looking for someone like you to join our client's team as a Materials Coordinator.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the movement and replenishment of packaging materials across multiple facilities.

    From monitoring pallet levels to ordering materials and conducting inventory counts, you'll play a vital role in ensuring operations run smoothly.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitoring, tracking, and replenishing packaging materials and CHEP pallet levels
    • Ordering packaging materials using company standards
    • Conducting weekly cycle counts and reconciliations of dry materials
    • Generating daily inventory reports and communicating with relevant team members
    • Performing data entry transactions and maintaining material code data
    • Facilitating information flow between departments and suppliers
    Qualifications

    • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
    • Intermediate skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
    • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
    • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
