Mist Mobility Integrated Systems Technology is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative aerial delivery and recovery systems including the Space Recovery Systems, Sherpa family of GPS guided parafoils, SkyLink parachutist navigation systems and the self-launch capable SnowGoose unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), along with mission planning tools, services, and support equipment.

Reporting to the Director People and Culture, The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for MMIST.
Experience in both an agency and corporate environment will enable them to effectively navigate the complexities of Talent Acquisition and provide valuable insight to drive MMIST's recruitment strategy forward.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full cycle recruiting for assigned openings for a variety of roles.
This includes but not limited to the following:
- Facilitating intake planning discussions and creating interview plans
- Posting open roles and utilizing effective sourcing strategies to connect and network with a pool of diverse talent.
- Scheduling interviews with appropriate hiring managers and gathering and providing timely feedback.
- Performing detailed reference checks reviewing results with hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate documentation of recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with the onboarding process.
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to determine immediate and future hiring needs.
- Participate in applicable career fairs and events to represent MMIST
- Participate in the development of an effective Talent Brand strategy and other TA projects.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to build positive rapport with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A strong follow up/follow through approach.
Education:
- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources or related field
- Certified Human Resources Designation (CHRP) or Registered Professional Recruiter designation (RPR) is 'nice to have'
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for technical and nontechnical roles.
- Both agency and corporate recruitment experience.
- Strong working knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Tools, LinkedIn, BambooHR or other ATS System.
