Description
We are looking for an experienced Ops Lead to drive the operations behind our monetization strategy for digital solutions.

As a key member of the Digital team in one of the largest environmental services companies in the world, you will help realize the promise of Industry 5.0 and help achieve a new frontier of sustainability for the water industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the process for converting existing ~5000 Digital-APM sites towards the new SoftwareasasService (SaaS) subscription model
  • Craft and execute regular communication campaigns to engage existing InSight users and provide operational support to raise awareness of the new process
  • Mine data from existing active account/sites to target various populations for outreach campaigns
  • Work closely with the Service Reliability Center (SRC), Commercial (e.g. Account Managers), and Commercial Operations (e.g. contracts) teams to ensure coordination and smooth execution
  • Provide process recommendations to promote efficiency while scaling up the process across multiple regions
  • Work closely with Digital Customer Success organization to support annual renewal cycle for SaaS subscriptions

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to dig into data and make datadriven decisions
  • Tenacity and drive toward quantifiable outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience)
  • 35 years of sales, marketing, or business operations experience

Desired

  • General Tableau knowledge/proficiency
  • Knowledge of digital solutions (e.g. InSight)
  • General WTS business process knowledge (e.g. contracting process)
