This is a unique career opportunity to focus on governance work and collaborate closely with senior leaders, contributing to the smooth functioning of our Partnership Board, Firm Partners' Meetings, and the Executive Committee.

Your role will involve providing vital administrative assistance, maintaining SharePoint sites and tracking documents, and coordinating various projects, ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:


Provides support to our Associate General Counsel and our Associate Director, Firm Governance in the following areas:

  • Legal Document Production & Management
  • Client File Management & Practice Activities
  • General Administrative Support
  • Project Coordination
  • Data Analysis and Collation
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and tracking documents

Partnership Board and Executive Committee Support:

  • Administers and maintains SharePoint sites for key documents/materials
  • Coordinates and implements annual meeting schedules, reporting schedule and deadlines, planning calendar, agendas, appointments and hotel accommodations
  • Coordinates materials for all meetings including advance distribution of materials
  • Liaises with Board and Committee members and their assistants
  • Responsible for preparing shells for Minutes resulting from Board/Committee meetings
  • Coordinates requisite signatures and maintains official Minute record/archive
  • Coordinates boardroom setup including food/beverage requirements
  • Key contributor and instrumental in the planning and execution of the Firm's Partnership Board Election Process

Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Abilities:


  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Professional Services environment, working alongside senior leadership, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with software used by the firm such as DocuSign and PDF Docs
  • Able to adapt to changing technology in an environment of continuous learning
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to drive tasks forward and achieve results
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Proactive, solutionoriented mindset with sound judgment and resourcefulness in problemsolving
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and maintaining confidential communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative approach and cultivating relationships with colleagues at all levels of the firm
