Role Purpose


This is a great role for someone who can leverage data from internal Woodbridge Management Systems (such as Success Factors, Qualtrics, eWIL (LMS) and Safety First), in order translate the data and insights in a meaningful way for the business to action (primary user: HR, HS&E and business leaders).


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the consolidation of global HR and HS&E Statistics for the organization on a monthly basis. Update all changes as required throughout the month to have accurate dashboard to be presented.

These include:

TRIR, LTSR, LTIR, TIR (LTA+MA+FA) Environmental Target obtainment (% Waste Recycled, kilograms of waste generated/production hours, Kwh/production hours, VOC).


  • Consolidate Reports from Acc/Inc APP (Occupation/Task; Accident/Incident Type; Classification; Cause(s); Result; Body Part; Shift).
  • Consolidate Reports from HS&E Audit APP (Audit Results per plant, NCRs by weight/standard).
  • Consolidation of turnover, engagement, headcount/planning scorecard, and other key metrics for performance and compliance management.
  • Act as coordinator for Corporate HR and HS&E for IATF audits and compliance.
  • Responsible for creating, distributing, and posting department reports. Provide ad hoc HS&E and HR reports as required, including providing the required data for Town Hall communication slides.
  • Responsible for maintaining the HS&E Management System which includes Standards, Toolboxes, Forms, Procedures, Policy Statements, the HS&E OneSource Webpage, and the WOL (intranet sites). Will be the gatekeeper for HS&E changes to the WOL update the WOL with any changes.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Engagement Survey and Action System with accurate and up to date employee information. Provide specialize support on reports and system end user training.
  • Responsible to maintain the Performance Management System with global cascading of goals and objects, and accurate and up to date employee information. Provide specialize support on reports and system end user training.
  • Responsible to maintain the Talent Management System with updated assessments and plans.
  • Provide support of the creation, administration, and delivery of training related to systems and programs.
  • International SOS liaison working with the vendor on annual renewals, investigating/implementing program enhancements, and organizing annual refresher presentation for teammates.
  • Administer eWIL globally for all sites, including reporting, updating content, and assigning training. Liaise with Brainier (eWIL provider) to coordinate system updates/enhancements.
  • Liaise with PSW (joint venture) sites related to infoHR (legacy HR system) data maintenance.
  • Backup to the HR Executive Assistant to update announcements to One Source.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree/diploma.
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical skillset and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written skills. Comfortable with communicating with various stakeholders, both domestic and internationally.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel (Dashboard and Pivot Table capable), PowerPoint, Success Factors, and other business systems.
  • 5 years working experience in a business/manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be able to prioritize workload.
