    Description

    What You Will Do

  • Define, engineer, and design Enterprise-wide performance measuring systems.
  • Define, engineer, and design solutions in conjunction with desktop or platform engineers to improve performance in all areas identified.
  • Assess and select product capabilities and features, ensure multiple technologies are not providing overlapping capabilities, driving down technology complexity, and driving cost reductions.
  • Interface with the security controls and risk teams.
  • Provide 3rd level consultation requests and support.

    • Skills and Experience You Will Need

    Required:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Deep systems internal knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, particularly Windows 10/11
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Build Automation
  • Extensive experience with performance and issue analysis tooling and framework.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Office 365 and Azure Advanced scripting skills and knowledge of Windows PowerShell

  • NextThink experience is a major plus.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management solutions, both Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management
  • Experience with macOS and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD
  • Programming languages including C++, C#, .NET Framework, Visual Studio IDE
  • Familiarity with RESTful web-based APIs

  • BS in computer science or a related field

    Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
