Job summary
This onsite contract role is in office every day at the manager's discretion.
+Responsibilities
- Develop, draft and manage project management artifacts, such as agendas, presentations, minutes, project charters, project logs (action, issue, risk and decision), integrated project plans lessons learned and project close out documents.
- Follow-up on team member commitments and proactively identify track risks and issues.
- Prepare submit track technical requests for change (RFCs) monitor/report on their execution to support project delivery Issue Project change requests (PCRs) as applicable in response to changes in scope schedule budget Helps the PM/Sr. PM manage scope timeline costs takes appropriate action when needed to achieve project objectives accordingly with business needs/expectations Helps the PM/Sr. PM create detailed work streams manages projectscope timeline costs achieves objectives accordingly with business needs/expectations Leads controls meetings keeps discussion on track accomplish goals Acts backup Project Manager manages some work packages Builds strong relationships internal clients external stakeholders Supports team team members achieves success Suggests strategies means improving performance of projects Project Manager consideration/approval Enables encourages people gains respect trust Builds strong team spirit based trust focus common goals Focuses improving healthcare delivery province positivity engaged Participates continuous learning relevant professional areas acquired knowledge improves delivery organization Makes moderate impact related programs+
