CPA for Quality of Earnings Review

Job summary
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant with experience in mergers and acquisitions to review our Quality of Earnings report already made.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting and online business due diligence for an acquisition to identify any potential issues that may impact the acquisition.
The review of the QoE report should be concise and actionable, providing insights that will help us make informed decisions.
