    Description

    As a property management, build-out and safety advisor, you assist with fire prevention and building safety and management. You help create plans, assist with build-outs and lease management, and help develop building safety and fire prevention policies. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of your line of business's initiatives. You develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.
    You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization's objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Provide clients with property management support and advice
  • Analyze and diagnose impacts on client activities and operations. Recommend solutions in accordance with standards and policies
  • Negotiate, prepare and draft complex, low- to moderate-value leases while minimizing transaction costs. Help develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit's strategic projects and initiatives
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
  • Help develop budgets and schedules for small-scale projects and monitor them closely.

    What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
